About the Role
XLNC Exotic Homes is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Architect to lead the design, planning, budgeting, and execution of luxury residential projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong architectural design expertise, project leadership skills, budgeting capabilities, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and execution teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural design and execution of luxury residential projects.
- Develop architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, sections, construction drawings, and working drawings.
- Review and approve drawings prepared by junior architects.




- Create 3 D models using Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Lumion, and 3ds Max.
- Conduct client meetings and present design concepts.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior Design, and Execution teams.
- Prepare Project Budgets, BOQs, Cost Estimates, Material Quantities, and Cost Analysis in Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor project budgets and prepare MIS reports.
- Prepare presentations using Canva, Microsoft Power Point, and Excel.
- Mentor junior architects and support statutory approvals.
Required Qualifications
- B. Arch from a recognized university.
- 5–8 years of residential architecture experience.
- Solid portfolio of luxury residential projects.
- Knowledge of Punjab Building Rules and construction standards.
