We are looking for a Student Success Manager who can effectively manage student progress, parent communication, and overall learning experience.

The role involves working closely with students, parents, tutors, and internal teams to ensure students stay engaged, improve their performance, and achieve their goals.

Robust communication and relationship management skills Ability to handle multiple students and stakeholders simultaneously Good problem-solving and coordination skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment Strong follow-up and organizational abilities Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, email, Whats App, and CRM tools Preferred Background
