We are looking for professionals with robust experience in customer support, customer operations, and customer experience management within Saa S, internet marketplace, or software product companies.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading customer support and operations initiatives, improving customer experience, managing cross-functional coordination, and driving process efficiency at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage customer support and operations teams Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and onboarding experience Handle escalations and ensure smooth issue resolution Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering,
and Sales teams Define and monitor KPIs related to customer experience and operational efficiency Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation initiatives Work on customer-centric strategies to enhance overall service delivery Utilize AI tools and workflow automation platforms to improve operational efficiency Ideal Candidate:
