About the Role

We are building one of the most powerful influencer ecosystems in India, and at the heart of it is our Project Management team. As a Lead, you will act as the brand custodian, managing marquee client relationships while driving flawless influencer campaign execution.

You will lead a POD of account executives and orchestrate the entire lifecycle of campaigns – from understanding business objectives, translating them into influencer strategies, to ensuring every deliverable goes live seamlessly and makes impact. Alongside clients, you will also work closely with our Influencer Creative & Strategy, Buying, and Content teams to ensure campaigns are not just executed, but elevated.

This is a role for someone who thrives on both client servicing finesse and operational excellence. If you are as comfortable in boardrooms as you are in creator green rooms, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
Client Ownership: Build and nurture senior client relationships, deeply understand their business, and act as their go-to for influencer marketing solutions.



Brand Strategy & Advisory: Partner with clients to understand business objectives, brand challenges, target audiences, and category dynamics. Translate these insights into influencer-led solutions, providing strategic recommendations that align creator partnerships with brand goals and long-term growth opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal Influencer Creative & Strategy, Buying, and Content teams to ensure brand objectives are brought to life seamlessly. Campaign Leadership: Drive end-to-end execution – creator shortlisting, briefing, content delivery, feedback integration, approvals, and go-live. People Leadership: Lead and mentor a POD of executives, ensuring they are aligned, motivated, and delivering gold-standard output.
