The Risk Officer will ensure that the fund adheres to regulatory standards while protecting the long-term interests of pension contributors and beneficiaries. And to safeguard the Pension Fund Manager's assets and operations by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks across investment, operational, compliance, and strategic domains. es. Investment risk: Monitor market, credit, liquidity, and concentration risks in pension fund portfoli os. Operational risk:



Identify organizational risks in processes, systems, e tc. Regulatory risk: Ensure compliance with pension fund regulations, investment guidelines, and reporting standar ds. Framework development: Establish and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and risk appetite statemen ts. Metrics & dashboards: Develop risk indicators, stress tests, and scenario analyses for pension fund portfoli os. Reporting: Provide periodic risk reports to senior management, Board Risk Committee, and regulato rs. Controls: Design and enforce internal controls to minimize operational and investment ris ks. Action plans: Recommend corrective measures and oversee implementati on. Collaboration: Work with investment, compliance, and operations teams to embed risk cultu re. Audit support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors on risk-related review s."
