Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can own ITHI's entire digital narrative

not just execution, but strategy, voice, growth, and culture-building.

This is a leadership role, responsible for defining content direction, building systems,

mentoring the team, and ensuring ITHI's presence across platforms is credible, aspirational,

and deeply aligned with the creative community.

You will think like a brand architect, write like a storyteller,



and execute like a strategist.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Brand Ownership

● Define and evolve ITHI's social media vision, voice, and positioning

● Own platform strategy across Instagram, Linked In, X, Facebook, You Tube,

Reddit, Quora

● Build long-term content pillars aligned with brand, community, and business goals

● Ensure brand consistency across verbal and visual storytelling.

Team Leadership

● Lead and mentor the Social Media Executive

● Collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer, guiding visual direction

● Review, refine, and elevate content before publishing.

● Build scalable workflows, calendars, and review systems

Content Ideation & Execution

● Lead ideation for high-impact campaigns, launches, and storytelling formats

● Personally handle high-stakes copy (launches, philosophy posts, founder-led

narratives)

● Guide platform-native formats (reels, threads, long-form
