Role Description The Sales Executive will work full time in office in Hyderabad, engaging directly with prospective clients interested in residential properties, plots, and investment opportunities. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and advising clients on suitable options based on their budget, preferences, and investment objectives.



The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up consistently to convert inquiries into closed deals, and coordinating with internal teams and builders to ensure smooth documentation and transaction processes. The Sales Executive will also stay updated on local market trends, new projects, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications
Proven sales and negotiation skills, with experience in real estate or a related industry preferred. Strong client relationship management, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to conduct market research, understand property valuation, and explain investment benefits clearly.
