Essential Duties and Responsibil
ities: Develop and implement comprehensive admissions and outreach strategies aligned with institutiona l goals. Monitor enrollment trends and adjust strategies to meet targets. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requi rements. Oversee the end-to-end admissions process—across offline, online, outreach, counseling, and branding functions—while building and sustaining strong relationships with schools, colleges, community organizations, and industry p artners.



Represent the institution at national and international educatio n fairs. Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and oversight to the Admissions, Outreach, Counseling, Training, Quality, Operations, and Digita l teams. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous impr ovement. Analyse admissions data to identify trends and opport unities. Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on enrolment performance and outreach impact. Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, promotional materials, website content, and social media s trategy. Lead digital marketing strategy to increase visibility, lead generation, and conversion through SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content ma rketing.
