We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Hub Spot Rev Ops & Outbound Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Hub Spot CRM and outbound sales operations, along with a strong understanding of revenue operations (Rev Ops), sales enablement, pipeline management, and business development strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, driving outbound lead generation, improving CRM efficiency, and supporting revenue growth through strategic sales and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Revenue Operations & CRM Management
Audit, manage, and optimize Hub Spot CRM usage across sales teams. Build and maintain scalable sales workflows, automation, lead routing logic, account segmentation, and handoff processes. Improve CRM adoption by creating intuitive and operationally efficient workflows. Monitor and improve playbook adherence, activity tracking, and sales process discipline. Maintain CRM data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and operational consistency.



Sales Productivity & Enablement Operations
Build dashboards and reports for: Pipeline generation Activity-to-opportunity conversion ratios Deal velocity Quota attainment Ramp-to-first-deal metrics Support sales enablement initiatives to improve overall team productivity and performance. Collaborate with leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements. Outbound Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute strategic outbound sales campaigns to drive pipeline growth. Identify and qualify leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, Linked In prospecting, and digital channels. Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
