Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Ad Sales Executive to drive advertising revenue from clients in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector for our Print Media business. The ideal candidate should have experience in media sales, advertising sales, or B2 B sales and possess strong client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate print advertising revenue from BFSI clients and media agencies. Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the BFSI category. Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, advertisers, and agencies. Understand client marketing objectives and recommend effective print advertising solutions. Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations. Coordinate with internal editorial, production, and operations teams for campaign execution. Track market trends, competitor activities,



and advertising opportunities. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Print Media Sales, Ad Sales, Corporate Sales, or B2 B Sales. Experience handling BFSI clients or agencies will be preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-driven, target-oriented, and commercially focused. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Preferred Profile:
Candidates with prior advertising/media sales experience in Newspapers, Magazines, Print Media, Radio, OTT, Digital Media, Television, or any other media sector are preferred.
