Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MEP skilled to drive design management, technical coordination, and project delivery across residential and commercial developments. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure MEP systems are designed and delivered in line with project objectives,



quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Design Management & Engineering
Drive the design development and technical coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, ELV, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems across projects. Review and validate design briefs, drawings, technical specifications, engineering calculations, cost estimates, and related project documentation. Coordinate with MEP consultants to ensure timely and high-quality design deliverables aligned with project requirements. Support value engineering initiatives to optimize costs while maintaining product quality and customer experience. Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, sustainability requirements, and statutory regulations. Project Coordination & Delivery
Support end-to-end MEP project delivery from design development through execution, testing, commissioning, and handover. Monitor
