About the Role

The Real Estate Assistant Sales Manager will play a crucial role in generating and qualifying leads, conducting property evaluations, and facilitating successful transactions in the Bangalore residential market.

Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads from property owners and buyers. Conduct property visits and evaluate residential properties. Explain Ivy Homes' property buying and selling model to customers. Build strong relationships with homeowners, brokers, and buyers. Negotiate property prices and facilitate deal closures. Coordinate documentation, registration, and transaction processes. Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales. Required Skills
Strong skills in lead generation, site visits, and client handling.



Good understanding of Bangalore residential real estate market. Experience in property negotiations and deal closures. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented with a proactive sales approach. Preferred Skills

Familiarity with CRM tools and property documentation preferred. Pay range and compensation package

Upto 7 LPA + incentive
