G9 Ai M Ads is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Service Coordinator to join our growing OOH, DOOH, Signage & Branding team.

Handle client inquiries and day-to-day communication

Coordinate with sales, design, production, and installation teams

Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery

Prepare quotations, proposals, and campaign updates

Maintain solid client relationships and customer satisfaction

Follow up on approvals, artwork, and project requirements

Coordinate OOH, DOOH, signage, branding, and retail branding projects

Prepare project status reports and documentation

Support marketing and business development activities Requirements

Good communication skills (English & Malayalam)

Knowledge of MS Office,



Email & CRM tools

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience in advertising, signage, branding, media, or marketing is preferred
