Role Description

The T L – Real Estate & Facility Management (REFM) is responsible for the strategic planning, administration, operation, maintenance, compliance,



and expansion-related activities of all senior living, retirement communities and other business infrastructures operated by the organization. The role ensures that all facilities are safe, compliant, aesthetically maintained, resident-friendly, and operationally efficient while supporting the organization's growth through identification and evaluation of new land parcels, buildings, and infrastructure opportunities.

The position will lead the REFM function through a network of Facility Coordinators stationed at each community and will be accountable for facility operations, asset management, statutory compliance, vendor management, capital projects, and real estate development initiatives. A technology-driven financial optimization on maintenance, repair, fixed cost handling, waste management etc is the key area for the position to perform.
