Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Work from Office)

LIFE INSURANCE DOMAIN AND QUALIFIED CA IS MANDATORY

We are looking for an experienced Senior Vice President – Taxation to lead the Taxation function for a leading Life Insurance organization.

Mandatory Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

18+ years of post-qualification experience

Current or prior experience in the Life Insurance industry is mandatory

Robust expertise in Direct Tax, GST, Corporate Tax, Tax Litigation, Regulatory Compliance, and Tax Planning

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the organization's Direct & Indirect Tax function

Drive corporate tax strategy, planning, and compliance

Handle Income Tax, GST, TDS, Transfer Pricing, and tax litigation

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and statutory requirements

Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities

Partner with Finance, Legal, and Business teams on strategic initiatives

Lead and mentor the taxation team while driving governance and process improvements
