Role Overview

Pa Ra Music is looking for a Chief Manager – You Tube Monetization to lead the management and growth of our You Tube ecosystem across music and entertainment content. The role will be responsible for You Tube CMS operations, content rights management, channel optimisation, and revenue growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage You Tube CMS, including asset ingestion, metadata, rights management, and policy control.

• Handle Content ID, claims, disputes, and copyright protection for music assets.

• Drive channel growth through optimisation of titles, thumbnails, tags, playlists, and publishing strategy.

• Analyse performance using You Tube Analytics and implement growth and monetisation strategies.





• Work closely with content, marketing, and distribution teams on release planning and amplification.

• Manage multiple channels and large video catalogues efficiently.

Experience Required

• 12–14 years of experience managing You Tube channels and CMS operations.

• Robust hands-on expertise in You Tube CMS, Content ID, and digital rights management.

• Experience working with music labels, media companies, digital publishers, or entertainment networks is mandatory.

• Proven track record of growing You Tube channels and improving monetisation.
