Job Summary:
As a Graphic Designer – Senior Specialist within MINDSPRINT Intelligent Enterprise

Operations (IEO), the role is responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-quality visual communication assets across graphic design, corporate presentations, marketing collaterals, video editing, and motion graphics for internal and external communication.

This role partners with business stakeholders, leadership teams, marketing, and brand functions to translate business narratives, product stories, and communication objectives into visually compelling creative outputs across static, presentation, and video formats.

Job Description:
Core Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Brand Communication
- Conceptualize, design, and develop visually compelling creative assets for

corporate, marketing, and brand communication across print and digital channels.
- Develop design assets including:
- Corporate Presentations (Power Point)
- Marketing Collaterals (Brochures, Flyers, Posters, Newsletters)
- Social Media Creatives
- Infographics & Visual Storytelling Assets




- Leadership / Internal Communication Decks
- Event Branding & Campaign Creatives
- Translate business briefs, raw content, and communication objectives into

skilled, engaging, and brand-aligned visual outputs.
- Design high-impact Power Point presentations with strong visual storytelling,

structured layouts, and executive communication quality.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics
- Create and edit professional videos and motion graphics content for internal

communications, marketing campaigns, product launches, social media, and

leadership messaging.
- Develop assets including:
- Corporate Videos
- Explainer Videos
- Motion Graphics Animations
- Social Media Reels / Shorts
- Event Highlights Videos
- Product Socialization Videos
- Manage end-to-end creative workflows including storyboarding, visual concepts,

graphic design, animation, editing, transitions, sound synchronization, and final

delivery.
