Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed investigations of alerts generated by Transaction Monitoring Systems (TMS) Analyze complex transaction data to identify suspicious activities and financial crime red flags Ensure adherence to SOPs, Country Addendums,



and maintain high QA standards Meet daily/weekly SLAs with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment Escalate technology/risk-related issues to management in a timely manner Preferred Skills & Experience:
Exposure to Wholesale / Corporate / Correspondent Banking Hands-on experience with AML tools such as: SAS AML
Oracle FCCM (Mantas)
Symphony AI Net Reveal (Detica)
NICE Actimize SAM
Strong knowledge of AML transaction monitoring processes Advanced Excel proficiency Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Quick learner with strong adaptability Preferred Certifications:

• CAMS or ICA certification (preferred, not mandatory)
