Lead the Business Analytics and Project Management function for Real Bites by building reliable dashboards, improving MIS discipline, tracking cross-functional projects and converting business data into actionable decisions. The role requires a hands-on manager who can manage people, data, automation and senior-management reporting in an FMCG/manufacturing/retail setting.

A practical, hands-on analytics and project management professional who can independently manage the function, bring structure to reporting, drive cross-functional coordination and help leadership make faster, data-backed business decisions

Key Responsibilities
Lead the Business Analytics and Project Management team for MIS, dashboarding, reporting automation and project tracking. Design and maintain dashboards for Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Purchase, HR and management reviews. Analyze business performance, identify trends, gaps, risks and opportunities, and present clear insights to leadership. Track business projects through timelines, owners,



deliverables, dependencies, escalations and closure status. Work with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, clean and structure data for accurate decision-making. Develop automated reports using Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, MS Access, Python, SQL and other analytics tools. Support AI, Big Data and digital transformation initiatives to improve reporting speed, data quality and process efficiency. Create review decks, action trackers, project dashboards and management reports with strong follow-up discipline. Required Qualifications & Certifications
Education: MBA/PGDM mandatory/preferred in Project Management, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems or related discipline. Certifications: MS Office/Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, AI tools, Big Data Analytics, Python, SQL/MS Access and Project Management/PMP/Agile/Scrum preferred. Experience: 8-12
