About the role

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales strategy, market expansion, and revenue growth for the aqua feed business in Andhra Pradesh – India's largest aqua feed market. The role requires strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and proven expertise in channel development, key account management, and building high-performance sales teams.





Key responsibilities:

Sales & business growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets in Andhra Pradesh Drive expansion in fish feed & Aqua Health care segments Forecast demand and ensure product availability through close coordination with production & supply chain teams Channel & dealer management
Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and large-scale farmers Design and implement effective incentive schemes, credit policies, and partner engagement models Monitor dealer performance and ensure high channel satisfaction Team leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers/Area Sales Managers across Andhra Pradesh Build a high-performance culture with clear KPIs, training, and coaching interventions Align sales teams with organisational goals and ensure robust field execution Market development & customer enga
