Position: Area Business Manager

Location: Ahmednagar | Solapur | Nashik | Nanded | Karad | Satara | Aurangabad | Pune

CTC: Up to ₹5.50 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth through channel sales and partner management.

• Develop and maintain robust relationships with agents, advisors, and business partners.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.

• Recruit, train, and motivate channel partners to maximize performance.

• Identify market opportunities and implement growth strategies.





• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance, Banking, Broking, or Financial Services.

• Strong sales, relationship management, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
