Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Electrical industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2 B Project Sales, handling Builders, Developers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, MEP Consultants, and Corporate Clients. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new projects, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through project sales and institutional sales. Identify upcoming construction and infrastructure projects. Build relationships with Builders, Developers, Architects, Consultants, EPC Contractors, MEP Consultants, and Electrical Contractors. Promote the company's electrical products and solutions.



Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers. Work closely with channel partners and distributors to maximize project conversion. Track project pipelines and follow up until order closure. Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms. Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements Requirements
8 years of experience in Project Sales / B2 B Sales / Institutional Sales. Experience in Lighting, Electrical Products, Switchgear, Wires & Cables, Building Material segment etc. Solid network with Architects, Consultants, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, Contractors, and MEP Consultants.
