ABOUT THE ROLE

A detail-oriented, systems-focused role supporting the daily HR operations of a 120+ person education group running three brands. You will work closely with the People Lead to keep our HRMS accurate, ensure payroll data is prepared and verified each cycle, and manage the administrative threads of the employee lifecycle. Whilst you work remotely, you are a core part of the People team - expected to be organised, proactive, and fully present in the day-to-day rhythm of the business. Accuracy and confidentiality are the two things that matter most in this seat.

RESPONSIBILITIES

HRMS and data management
Maintain accurate employee records across all entities in Just Login, including recent hires, transfers, and leavers Handle leave and attendance tracking; ensure records reflect correctly in Just Login and resolve discrepancies promptly Liaise with Just Login support and HR vendors to resolve system queries Payroll and compliance
Prepare payroll data inputs each cycle: verify unpaid leave, approved overtime, claims,



and allowances for the People Lead's final check Support preparation of employment contracts, addenda, and offer letters using approved templates Ensure HR records and documentation comply with internal policies and statutory requirements Recruitment and lifecycle
Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling in coordination with hiring managers Coordinate onboarding and offboarding administration: documentation, system access requests, and checklist tracking Support ad-hoc People initiatives including engagement surveys, reporting requests, and periodic data clean-up REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field 1–3 years of HR administrative or operations experience Strong attention to detail with a disciplined approach to data accuracy and record-keeping Proficient in Microsoft Excel; comfortable working with HRMS platforms and remote collaboration tools Clea
