Role Description The Operation Head is a full time, on-site role, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations and ensuring that business processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role includes planning and implementing operational strategies, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing workflows, and managing budgets to meet organizational goals. The Operation Head will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.



Day-to-day activities involve reviewing operational reports, resolving escalations, driving process improvements, and supporting senior leadership with data-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee complete facility management operations including housekeeping, security, technical services, and soft services
Ensure smooth service delivery across multiple client sites
Develop and implement SOPs, SLAs, and operational best practices
Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and service quality standards
Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and compliance checks
Handle client coordination, escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction
Optimize operational costs while maintaining service efficiency
Lead, train, and mentor site managers and supervisors
Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and reporting systems are maintained
Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management
