Job Description:
The Site Manager plays a key role in ensuring successful project execution by overseeing on-site operations, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and controlling project schedule, budget, and quality
The Site Manager is responsible for overall planning and integration of civil engineering, electromechanical, air conditioning, landscaping, and related works to ensure smooth project delivery
The Site Manager manages daily site operations, manpower, materials, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
The Site Manager ensures project delivery excellence through proactive schedule monitoring, cost control, quality assurance, and risk management. Key responsibilities include supervising construction activities, organizing regular site meetings, managing site documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
The Site Manager should be proficient in using construction management tools and systems for progress tracking, reporting, and issue management.



This facilitates timely and informed decision-making, enhances operational efficiency, and contributes to achieving the overall success of the construction project
Experience: 8+ Year
Role Focus:
Projects & services management -Well manage end to end projects on production/services/delivery to ensure whole project is fully connected with business objectives with meeting client’s requirement and complying internal processes.
Construction Operations - Day-to-day activities and processes involved in executing a construction project — including planning, coordination, resource management, and on-site execution — to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Processes enhancement & operational excellence - Integrate internal policies and business requirements through analytics approach with business models to define most effective and appropriate way to achieve operational exce
