The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing backend sales support by understanding customer requirements, preparing accurate quotations and Bills of Quantities (BOQs), coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely execution of sales support activities. The role focuses on delivering commercially viable proposals, maintaining pricing accuracy,



supporting project execution, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers, sales, procurement, operations, and other internal teams. Key Responsibilities
Understand and document customer requirements received through calls, emails, meetings, and other communication channels. Prepare accurate and timely quotations, proposals, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on customer requirements. Identify appropriate products, SKUs, brands, and technical specifications aligned with customer needs. Recommend suitable products and brands considering customer budgets, project requirements, and company objectives. Prepare costing sheets and ensure quotations comply with approved pricing and margin guidelines. Coordinate with procurement, inventory, warehouse, operations, and sales teams to verify product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines. Update and revise quotations and BOQs based on customer feedba
