Lead and strengthen the quality ecosystem for high-precision electrochemistry instruments and sensors across manufacturing, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of accuracy, reliability, and consistency. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end quality assurance across manufacturing and production processes Develop and implement robust QC systems, SOPs, inspection standards, and validation protocols Enhance measurement accuracy, repeatability, and reliability for electrochemical instruments Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA,



and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with R& D, Production, and Service teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency Build a quality-first culture focused on zero defects, minimal rework, and operational excellence Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and best manufacturing practices Ideal Candidate
10+ years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within instrumentation, sensors, electronics, or precision manufacturing Strong understanding of electrochemical measurement technologies such as p H, ORP, Conductivity, Dissolved Oxygen (DO), and Ion Sensors (preferred) Hands-on experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and quality improvement methodologies Robust knowledge of calibration systems, process capability, validation, and measurement accuracy Proven leadership experience in building teams, driving systems, and implementing process improveme
