As the company expands across online, offline, distributor, retail, and delivery channels, we are looking for a sharp and highly organized Sales Operations & MIS Executive to manage daily reporting, dispatch coordination, sales support, logistics follow-ups, and backend operations.
This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role for someone who is strong with data, disciplined with follow-ups, and comfortable coordinating with internal teams, delivery partners, sales teams, distributors, and customers.
Role Overview
The Sales Operations & MIS Executive will be responsible for managing daily sales MIS, order tracking, dispatch updates, delivery follow-ups, courier coordination, and operational reporting.
The candidate should be detail-oriented, fast with Excel,



good at coordination, and able to ensure that every order, shipment, return, and sales update is properly tracked and reported.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports for sales, orders, dispatch, delivery, returns, pending cases, and stock movement.
- Track all online and offline orders from order confirmation to dispatch and final delivery.
- Coordinate with courier and delivery agencies for pickups, delivery delays, NDR, RTO, lost shipments, and delivery escalations.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order updates, distributor orders, retailer orders, payment status, and follow-ups.
- Maintain dispatch sheets, sales trackers, inventory movement reports, and daily operations dashboards.
- Update order status regularly in Excel, Google Sheets, Shopify, CRM, courier panels, or company tools.
- Follow up with delivery partners to reduce delays, failed deliveries, and RTO cases.
