Architect – EPC Building Construction Projects

We are looking for an experienced Architect to join our EPC building construction team in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, design coordination, construction drawings, site coordination, and execution support for building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.

* Prepare and review construction drawings and BOQs.

* Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project teams.

* Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

* Review shop drawings and contractor submissions.

* Conduct site visits and resolve design and execution issues.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.

* Support project execution from design to completion.

* Ensure timely delivery of architectural deliverables.

* Monitor quality and adherence to project specifications.

Requirements:

* Qualification: B. Arch

* Experience: 10–15 years





* Strong experience in EPC building construction projects.

* Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and MS Office.

* Knowledge of building bylaws, construction methodologies, and project coordination.

* Excellent communication and team management skills.
