We're looking for a growth hustler with a proven track record of generating revenue and pipeline at scale — someone who can run outreach in volume, build partnerships, and close the loop to actual paying customers.

What you'll own:
Revenue & Pipeline: Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline — leads → demos → paying pilots → closed revenue Partnerships: Identify and close partnerships (agencies, resellers, integrators, communities) that open new distribution channels Outreach at Scale: Run cold email, cold calling, and Linked In outreach in volume — sequences, automation tools, and high-velocity prospecting, not one-off messages Founder-led marketing: Ghost-write and manage founder's Linked In/X presence — posts, threads, comments, DMs to build personal brand and inbound trust Inbound/Content: Linked In, Reddit, X (Twitter) — organic content, community engagement, building pipeline without ads Paid Ads:



Plan and run Linked In/Google/Meta ad campaigns for lead gen Pipeline ops: Outreach sequences, lead lists, CRM hygiene, lead scoring, forecasting Conversion: Work directly with founder to move leads → demos → paying pilots → revenue Experimentation: Test new channels/hooks/offers/partnership models and report what's working You should have:
1-3+ yrs in Saa S sales/growth/partnerships/demand gen with a proven track record of hitting revenue/pipeline targets (numbers ready to share in interview) Experience running outreach at scale — not just a few emails, but systems/sequences hitting hundreds of prospects Hands-on with cold email/automation tools (Apollo/Instantly/Smartlead etc.) Experience sourcing or managing partnerships/channel deals Comfortable cold calling and handling objections — can actually close, not just generate leads Solid writing — can ghostwrite posts that sound human and get engagement Bonus: prior experience selling AI/automation
