We're Hiring: Plant Head — Inverter Manufacturing Vadodara, Gujarat | ₹10–15 LPA | Full time, On-site

Grid Edge Renewables is a new Indian solar inverter company building a reliable range of on-grid and hybrid inverters for the country's fast-growing solar market. We're looking for a Plant Head to lead our manufacturing operations end-to-end.

What you'll do:
Lead day-to-day plant operations for on-grid and hybrid inverter manufacturing Set up and optimize production lines, SOPs, and throughput targets Own quality, safety, inventory, and on-time output across the facility Build and mentor the production, QC, and line teams Coordinate with supply chain on material readiness and component flow Drive cost, yield, and efficiency improvements What we're looking for:
Minimum 3 years of experience in inverter / power electronics / electronics manufacturing, ideally with on-grid and hybrid inverters Strong grasp of production lines, testing processes, and quality systems Proven people-leadership and plant-management capability Engineering background (Electrical / Electronics / Power) preferred Interested or know someone?
