Head of Projects — Retail Operations & Expansion

Lenskart is scaling its retail footprint across India, and we're looking for a Head of Projects to own both sides of that growth: running our existing store network at a high bar, and leading the planning, build-out, and launch of new stores.

This is a high-ownership role. You'll sit at the intersection of operations and project delivery, coordinating real estate, design, supply chain, and store teams to open sites on time, on budget, and ready to perform from day one.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day operations across the existing store network — driving consistency, efficiency, and performance against KPIs.

• Lead the full new-store lifecycle: site evaluation, fit-out, vendor management, timelines, and go-live readiness.

• Build and standardize the playbooks, SOPs, and rollout frameworks that let us scale across geographies.

• Own budgets, capex, and project P& L — and track ROI on every recent site.

• Bring together cross-functional stakeholders (real estate,



design, procurement, marketing, regional ops) to deliver.

• Set up the reporting and review cadences that give leadership clear visibility.

What we're looking for

• 8–12 years in retail operations, expansion, or project management, ideally with multi-store / multi-site exposure.

• A proven track record launching physical locations at pace and scale.

• Strong commercial acumen and hands-on budget and vendor management.

• Excellent stakeholder management — comfortable operating across strategy and execution.

• A bias toward action and ease in fast-growth, ambiguous environments.

• Retail, F& B, hospitality, or other consumer-facing background a plus.
