Job Purpose:

Own and manage customer-facing technical content, product release communications, and

partner enablement materials. This role focuses on creating accurate, user-friendly documentation, maintaining the Platform Support Center (PSC), managing product release communications, and producing Better Up's monthly partner newsletter while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a quick-paced Saa S environment.

Who You Are:
6+ years of experience in Technical Writing, Product Documentation, Content Operations, or Customer Communications within a B2 B Saa S environment. Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly documentation. Experience creating and maintaining knowledge base articles, product documentation, release notes, and user guides. Hands-on experience managing documentation review cycles involving Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success teams. Familiarity with documentation tools such as Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Google Docs, and Slack. Experience using AI-assisted writing tools (e.g., Claude,



Chat GPT) to improve documentation quality and productivity. Strong editorial judgment with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple content workstreams while meeting tight release deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working independently in an asynchronous, fast-paced global environment. What Will Excite Us:
Experience managing Help Centers or Knowledge Base platforms (Zendesk preferred). Hands-on experience with Hub Spot or similar email marketing platforms. Experience writing customer-facing release notes and product communications. Knowledge of email campaign analytics, including open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics. Background collaborating with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success teams. Experience improving documentation processes and content operations. Familiarity with structured AI workflows
