Barista | The Dressing Room | Pune

The Dressing Room is a premium wellness café in Koregaon Park, Pune, serving thoughtfully crafted coffee, salads, bowls, sandwiches, smoothies, and desserts. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages

• Maintain consistency in beverage preparation and presentation

• Engage warmly with guests and deliver excellent customer service

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment

• Assist with daily opening and closing duties

• Support the team in creating a welcoming café experience

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a barista preferred

• Passion for coffee and hospitality

• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
