What You Will Drive:
Own the end-to-end execution of renovation, maintenance, expansion, and infrastructure projects across all Just BLR locations. Conduct routine facility inspections and maintenance audits to identify operational, safety, and infrastructure improvements. Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, automation, and venue infrastructure. Maintain project trackers, maintenance logs, vendor databases, work orders,



quotations, and documentation with complete accuracy. Track project budgets, expenses, approvals, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring projects are completed on schedule. Coordinate closely with outlet managers, department heads, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve issues quickly and minimize operational disruption. Ensure compliance with operational, safety, statutory, and infrastructure standards across all assigned locations. Drive accountability by following up with stakeholders, closing pending actions, and ensuring timely execution of all maintenance and project-related tasks. Support technology, automation, and AI-driven infrastructure initiatives wherever applicable. Who We Are Looking For:
