Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Support Specialist based in the Vadodara metropolitan area. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will handle day-to-day customer inquiries, provide support to aligner users, address and resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold customer satisfaction.

Qualifications




Proficiency in Customer Support and a demonstrated ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction Solid Interpersonal Skills and exceptional problem-solving abilities Experience in providing Technical Support and addressing customer concerns effectively Strong Analytical Skills to identify customer issues and provide solutions Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred Compensation
