SSSi Online Tutoring Services is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who can effectively manage client relationships while coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The selected candidate will play a critical role in strengthening our client engagement process, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring smooth project execution from client onboarding to successful delivery. Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Research and identify potential clients through various online and offline channels. Build and maintain a structured database of prospective clients. Conduct outreach through calls, emails, referrals, and professional networking platforms. Generate, nurture, and qualify leads before transferring them to the Sales team.



Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client requirements and communicate the company's services effectively. Address client queries and provide timely updates throughout the engagement process. Conduct regular follow-ups to maximize client engagement and conversion. Order Verification & Client Onboarding
Review all newly confirmed orders to ensure complete documentation and project requirements. Verify deliverables, deadlines, credentials, and client instructions before project allocation.
