Role Overview

We're hiring a Mid-Level Video Editor who can transform raw nightlife and event footage into polished, on-brand video content for social media and marketing. The candidate must have a strong eye for pacing, storytelling, and premium visual aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

* Edit raw footage from nightlife events, campaigns, and shoots into high-quality reels and videos

* Ensure consistency in tone, color grading, pacing, and brand aesthetic across all content

* Collaborate with videographers and designers to deliver cohesive content

* Manage quick turnaround for time-sensitive nightlife/event content

* Maintain organized project files and asset libraries

Requirements

* Minimum 3+ years of relevant video editing experience, preferably in nightlife, hospitality, or content/social media-focused brands

* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant editing software

* Solid sense of pacing, storytelling, color grading, and premium aesthetics

* Ability to work efficiently under deadlines, especially with nightlife/event content

* Disciplined, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
