Role Description We are looking for a Hospitality Real Estate Consultant who can help us identify and evaluate new properties across different locations.
The role will involve finding potential hospitality properties, coordinating site visits, speaking with owners and brokers, assessing location and property potential, and supporting basic feasibility and negotiation discussions.
This role is ideal for someone who understands hospitality real estate and can actively hunt for properties suitable for hostels, comfort stays, and boutique hotels.
Key Responsibilities Identify suitable properties in target locations
Connect with property owners, brokers, and local networks
Conduct market and location research
Coordinate and attend site visits




Evaluate properties based on accessibility, size, condition, rental expectations, and hospitality potential
Prepare basic property notes and feasibility inputs
Support negotiations and deal discussions
Share local insights on demand, competition, regulations, and market trends
Qualifications Prior experience in hospitality real estate, property hunting, hotel leasing, or commercial real estate
Solid local network with brokers, owners, and property consultants
Good understanding of locations, rental trends, and hospitality potential
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to evaluate properties practically and share clear recommendations
Comfortable with travel and on-ground property visits
Experience with hotels, hostels, serviced apartments, boutique stays, or commercial leasing will be preferred
Compensation Fixed + Variable model
