Experience: 2 to 3 years

Role Description The Service Manager–Mutual Funds will oversee end-to-end service delivery for mutual fund clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions such as purchases, redemptions, switches, and systematic plans. This role will manage client queries, coordinate with internal teams and external fund houses,



and maintain high standards of customer experience and regulatory compliance. The Service Manager will monitor daily operations, service metrics, and documentation, identify process improvements, and support the implementation of best practices in mutual fund servicing. The position involves preparing reports, reconciling data, and supporting audits and internal controls related to mutual fund operations. This is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications
