About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Strategic Alliances professional to drive partnership-led growth for Augmont's Digital Gold business. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management capabilities, a proven track record of building strategic partnerships. This role will be responsible for identifying current alliance opportunities, managing key partner relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic collaborations.

Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Partner Identification & Evaluation o Identify and evaluate potential strategic alliances aligned with the company's digital gold products. Research emerging trends and players in fintech, e-commerce, NBFC, and payment ecosystems. New Partner Acquisition o Develop and execute a pipeline of new partnership opportunities. Own the end-to-end partner onboarding process, including proposal, negotiation, and integration.



Market & Competitive Intelligence o Track market developments and competitor strategies to inform partnership approaches. Deliver periodic reports and insights to management for strategic decision-making. Revenue & Growth Focus o Develop partnerships that directly contribute to business growth, revenue targets, and customer reach. o Define joint go-to-market strategies with key partners. Cross-Functional Coordination o Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Product, Technology, Legal, and Marketing to deliver seamless partner experiences. Ensure timely execution and launch of integrated solutions. Relationship Management o Manage ongoing relationships with existing partners to drive long-term engagement and value creation. Conduct regular performance reviews, optimizations, and business planning with partners. Educational Qualification:
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
