Experience:
1–3 years (Associate)
3–5 years (Analyst)

Education:
12th Pass / Graduate / Postgraduate

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
Team player with the ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities




Handle inbound client calls and respond to queries professionally
Provide accurate, timely resolution to customer concerns
Assist customers with product, service, account, and data-related queries
Use internal tools/workflow systems to manage multiple interactions
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
Deliver high customer satisfaction through a customer-first approach

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in international voice/customer support process
Strong listening skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle pressure and maintain service quality
