Job Title: Reconciliation and Audit Specialist (CA Qualified)

Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Global Capability Centre as a Reconciliation and Audit Specialist. This role will support global finance operations with a robust emphasis on audit, compliance, and financial reporting.
The role requires the ability to operate in a cross-border environment, manage stakeholder expectations across geographies, and ensure compliance with Australian regulatory and financial reporting standards, alongside global policies.
Key Responsibilities
Reconciliation, Financial Reporting & Close
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in alignment with the Australia finance team.
Prepare and review financial reports in compliance with IFRS / Australian Accounting Standards (AASB).
Manage Australian payroll and superannuation reporting requirements, including Single Touch Payroll (STP) and Payday Super
Complete day-to-day reconciliations for payroll, payables and receivables
Perform variance analysis and provide insights to the Finance Lead and broader business stakeholders.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial information.
Support budgeting and forecasting cycles in coordination with the Australia team.
Audit & Regulatory Compliance
Lead coordination of internal and external audits, including Australia-specific audit requirements (e.g. credit reporting, aged debtors, client related audits).
Act as a liaison between GCC, auditors, and the Australia finance team.
Ensure timely closure of audit findings and implementation of corrective actions.
Maintain compliance with local statutory requirements (India, if applicable) and Australian regulatory frameworks.
Support tax, statutory filings, and regulatory reporting where required.
