Role Description : This is a full time, on-site role for a SALES EXECUTIVE / SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE based in the WEST PUNE Division ONLY. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and site visits, and presenting suitable residential and commercial property options.



The Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, from understanding client requirements and proposing solutions to negotiation, closure, and post-sales follow-up. Responsibilities include maintaining an updated pipeline, preparing proposals and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams, developers, and channel partners to ensure smooth transactions.
