The Mandate

Build and scale Humour Me's production and content engine.
The mandate is not to execute shoots.
The mandate is to design and run a system that can deliver high-quality content at scale- across always-on social, creator-led content, and larger format films.
You will own how production works as a function, not just how projects get delivered.

What You Will Own
- Build Humour Me's production and post-production engine from the ground up
- Create systems to deliver high-volume, high-quality content across brands
- Scale production capacity across shoots, edits, and motion graphics
- Own end-to-end production: planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery




- Act as Executive Producer on key projects and large-scale films
- Build and manage internal teams across production, editing, and post
- Develop strong capabilities in editing, motion, and finishing
- Bring structure to workflows, timelines, and output pipelines
- Work closely with creative and strategy teams to translate ideas into execution
- Optimise cost, speed, and quality across projects
- Build repeatable production playbooks across formats

Creative Judgment & Taste

This role is not just operational.
You are expected to bring strong taste and editorial judgment to the output.
- You know what makes an edit feel sharp vs average
- You can guide editors and motion designers with explicit, actionable feedback
- You understand pacing, storytelling, and visual quality across formats
- You can elevate output without overcomplicating it
- You act as a quality filter across everything that goes out
