We're Hiring Clinical SME – Surgical Video Review | Remote
Cogito Tech is looking to onboard 2 experienced Clinical Surgeon SMEs to support cutting-edge AI initiatives involving surgical video analysis and clinical quality review.

Key Requirements:
MBBS with MS/DNB/MCh in a relevant surgical specialty (preferred) Board-certified surgeon (preferred) 5–6+ years of experience, with prior experience in surgical video review/annotation preferred Experience with da Vinci (robotic-assisted) surgery is highly preferred; laparoscopic surgery experience is also acceptable Expertise in one or more of the following procedures:
Urology (Prostatectomy, Nephrectomy)



Gynecology Colorectal Surgery Cholecystectomy Thoracic Surgery Gastric Sleeve Gastric Bypass Hernia Repair Role Responsibilities:
Review and validate surgical video annotations Provide expert clinical guidance during annotation workflows Perform QC and support annotation-related decisions Identify complex anatomical structures such as ureters, blood vessels, bile ducts, and other critical surgical landmarks Collaborate with AI and medical teams to ensure high-quality training data Work Mode: Remote

Compensation: ₹2,000–₹2,300 per hour (based on experience)
