JOB PURPOSE : CFO will lead financial strategy, governance, and consolidated reporting for South African group entities while managing India-based finance operations for efficiency and control. The role includes budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, FX, statutory compliance, intercompany transactions, and ERP/system oversight. The CFO will collaborate with auditors and regulators in South Africa, present financials to the Board, and ensure strong internal controls and performance analysis

KEY DELIVERABLE
S: Develop and implement the global financial strategy aligned with business goa ls. Drive consolidated reporting, governance, and financial controls for South African group entiti es. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for India (support costs) and South Africa (operation s). Oversee consolidated MIS preparation in India for South African operatio ns. Ensure statutory compliance and sign-offs in South Africa through external auditors and regulato rs.



Manage tax, audit, company secretarial liaison, and statutory filings for South African entiti es. Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury across India and South Afri ca. Oversee banking relationships, foreign exchange exposure, and risk mitigation framewor ks. Present consolidated financials to the Board; support strategic decision-maki ng. Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and external advisors across both geographi es.
Incumbent prof
ile: Qualified CA, 40-45 years working with multi-country subsidiaries with rich exposure of group consolida tion. Robust IFRS and IGAAP expo sure. Stakeholder management,finance dashboards, AOP, M& A, Investor relations and managing global inves tors.
