We're hiring a Platform Experience Specialist. You're the reason a prospective school fall for our client. You run great demos, help schools truly experience the platform, and walk alongside them to a confident buying decision. We're looking for warm, patient people who love helping others get to a good outcome, and we especially welcome educato

What you'll actual
ly do Run thoughtful, tailored demos that let each school experience the platform for themse lves.
Understand a school's context and show them how the product fits the way they work. Own follow-ups with care. Every conversation moves the relationship for ward. Help schools work through their questions and diligence with honesty and pati ence. Keep the CRM immaculate: every lead, touchpoint, and next step logged and cur rent. Work closely with product and customer success so what you show is what schools get.

ng for A warm, patient communicator, in person, on calls, and in wr iting. You genuinely enjoy helping people reach a good dec ision. You stay organized and keep a tidy pipeline in your CRM (Hub Spot or sim ilar). You're AI-native and already use AI tools every day to work f aster. You're diligent. You follow up and you remember the de tails. You can learn a product deeply and show it with real confi dence.
