Role Description The Academic Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Perintalmanna. This role involves meeting and advising students on their academic goals, evaluating their interests and strengths, and guiding them toward suitable programs and skill-development pathways. The Academic Counsellor will conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions, assist with course selection,



and provide information on Skilzon's AI-integrated programs and career mapping options. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate student records, following up on learners' progress, coordinating with faculty and administrative teams, and organizing academic guidance workshops or orientation sessions.
