Role Description

The Front Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at our Alleppey property. This role oversees daily front office operations, including managing the reception team, coordinating guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring smooth handling of reservations and inquiries. The Front Office Manager monitors guest satisfaction, addresses concerns promptly, and maintains high service standards in alignment with Vedic Village's hospitality values. Responsibilities include supervising front office staff, scheduling, training team members, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments for seamless guest experiences.



The role also involves implementing front office procedures, supporting administrative tasks, and contributing to the continuous improvement of service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Front Office and Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage reception operations and interact effectively with guests. Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills to handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and maintain a welcoming environment. Candidates should possess Office Administration skills to manage documentation, reservations, and coordination with internal teams. Relevant experience in hotel or resort front office management, preferably in boutique or experiential hospitality settings.
